  • Relationship Manager


    As a Relationship Manager with TBTC Perth South, you will be responsible for managing your portfolio of 300 small to medium business clients in the Perth Metro area. You will be their first point of contact for advice, sales, customer service and most importantly insights about how you can create business efficiencies for their business. Working closely with a Business Technology Advisor, together you’ll provide a consultative approach and end to end management and coverage to your customer base.

    What you’ll do
    • Contact new and existing customers, build and enhance relationships and solution selling to customers. Leads will be provided. This is a professional Relationship Management & Outbound sales role – not a call centre.
    • Be curious, ask questions and build trust and rapport with your customer base. Truly get an understanding of your customer’s business, their plans and future requirements
    • This is an office based/over the phone Relationship Management role
    • Achieve high standards in customer service including Net Promoter Scores
    • Drive sales of mobiles, mobile apps and accessories, nbn, Office365 and security solutions within your SME portfolio of customers.
    • Leverage your customer relationships to book customer appointments for your Business Technology Advisor to solve business problems and discuss more bespoke solutions.
    • Achieve 100% compliance on process, CRM use and activity recording
    • Achieve your sales target and meet key KPI’s
    • Professionally represent Telstra and TBTC Perth South brands.
    Skills and experience required
    • Great attitude and a desire to learn (growth mindset)
    • Excellent phone manners and ability to build relationships
    • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills (clear English required)
    • Proven experience of solution selling over phone and appointment booking
    • Proven ability to work as part of a highly performing team
    • Previous experience of working in Telstra Business Centres or Telstra Partners shall be highly regarded
    • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM
    • Telco and ICT sales experience is favourable

  • Business Technology Advisor


    As a Business Technology Adviser with TBTC Perth South you will be charged with using technology to solve business problems for clients in the Perth Metro area. You will be on the road daily working with Managing Directors and Business Leaders providing them with insights about best practice in Telco, IT and digitisation. Working closely with an Account Manager to keep your calendar full, together you’ll provide a consultative approach and end to end management and coverage to your customer base.

    What you’ll do
    • Meet 2-3 clients daily in our territory and learn about their business
    • Be curious, ask questions and build trust and rapport with your base
    • Flexible working practices. You will be road based, work from home or our West Perth office.
    • Achieve high standards in customer service / NPS scores
    • Drive Sales in Small Business with Cloud, internet, NBN Office365, Security solutions and Managed IT
    • Achieve your sales target and co-achieve team target with the Account Manager you will be working with
    • Represent Telstra’s and Company’s brand in a professional manner
    Skill and experience required
    • Great attitude and a desire to learn (growth mindset)
    • Excellent presentation skills and rapport building, you will be the face of our business to our clients
    • 2+ years’ experience in selling Telstra business products is favourable – such as NBN, Apps, mobile plans, etc, ICT products such as Office365, Security solutions, other apps etc and good knowledge of mid-large customer focus products such as Phone Systems, NBN etc
    • Proven experience of solution selling
    • Proven ability to work in teams – with Account Manager and in achieving team targets
    • Previous experience of working in Telstra Business Centre or Telstra Partners shall be highly regarded

    • Provide full-time administrative support to the TBTC Perth South sales team
    • Processing sales orders within Telstra’s systems
    • General associated administration duties including communication and liaising with the company Administration Manager
    • Ensuring accuracy of entries into our company point of sale and accounting software
    • Achieve customer satisfaction by minimising errors and complaints
    • Working to support each other across a team environment is essential

  • Tele Appointer


    TBTC Perth South is seeking an experienced tele-appointer to set appointments with our customers. You will be provided a list of local Telstra customers to call and establish sales opportunities for our Sales Reps.

    Skills and attributes

    To be successful in this role you will be a highly organised and motivated individual with a desire to succeed. You will have excellent presentation skills and a proven track record in tele appointing performance. Your ability to build rapport will result in strong working relationships with your customers and the Business Centre team.

    Experience

    Ideally you will have a sound knowledge of Telstra business products however this is not essential. Experience in an outbound calling role is preferable.
